In that time, we move through the core principles of the Empowering Speech framework. I provide the tools, structure, and direction required to stand up and deliver with confidence and credibility. The work is not mysterious. It is practical, structured, and immediately usable.

The practice does not happen in the room, it happens afterward: in meetings, presentations, conversations, and leadership moments that follow.

What the Seminar Is

The Empowering Speech Seminar is a three-hour, instructor-led experience designed to deliver the foundational tools of effective public speaking and communication in a single session.

Participants are not asked to deliver speeches.
 No one is required to speak publicly except the instructor.

The focus is on:

  • Understanding how effective communication is structured
  • Learning how to organize thought and message
  • Recognizing what credibility requires
  • Removing confusion about what actually matters when standing in front of others

Foundational Directives Introduced

The seminar introduces the core directives that govern credible and confident public speaking. These principles provide a clear framework for understanding what effective communication actually requires regardless of setting, audience, or experience level.

During the seminar, participants are introduced to the following directives:

  1. A public speaker must acknowledge and actively manage anxiety
  2. A public speaker’s primary responsibility is always the audience
  3. Preparation is the foundation of presentation success
  4. Clear speaking begins with an organized mind
  5. Credibility is achieved by balancing logic and emotion
  6. Commitment matters — presence and ownership are required
  7. Every opportunity to speak is an opportunity to lead

These directives are explained and illustrated so participants understand how and why they work — and how to begin applying them immediately.

Format & Delivery

The Empowering Speech Seminar may be delivered in one of two formats:

  • In person — when a suitable location is provided by the hosting parent, guardian, group, or organization
  • Online — delivered live through Canvas LMS or, alternatively, a virtual meeting platform such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams

In person seminars are instructor-led and conducted at a location arranged by the host. Online seminars preserve the same structure, content, and instructional standards.

Regardless of delivery method, the seminar remains, structured, interactive, engaging, and grounded in the same principles taught in the full Empowering Speech program.

Investment & Scheduling

The Empowering Speech Seminar is a three-hour, instructor-led experience based on the same framework used in executive and professional training.

Standard investment levels are as follows:

  • Individual / Family Seminar (1–4 participants): 
$1,200
  • Small Group / Learning Pod (5–10 participants):
 $1,500–$2,000, depending on group size and format
  • Organizations / Schools / Larger Groups (10+ participants):
 Pricing quoted individually

In-person and online delivery options are available when appropriate and feasible.

For in-person seminars conducted more than 50 miles outside the Los Angeles area, reasonable travel expenses may apply and are discussed in advance.

Final scheduling and format details are confirmed prior to booking.
